I see that Napster is back up and running as a premium service.

Is anyone using it?

Would love to, but nothing I need on it. Mostly top 40. If I wanted to hear that, I'd use the radio, which is also free.

I think Apple iTunes is the biggest paid service right now, representing about half of all paid MP3 downloads. Does anybody have an iPod? I've heard they are cool but I've never seen one.

It seems like everyone is attempting to get in on the act. Walmart is offering music downloads for 88 cents. Hmm.

I myself use Real Rhapsody. It is a premium service and I think I pay $9.95 a month. Essentially it is unlimited downloads to the PC. You just have to pay if you decide to burn and that is 79 cents a song (which is cheaper than a CD). If you don't burn CD's and just listen on your PC...it is very reasonable.
