hi all :)
i needed to buy a pair of shoes,i heard the capezio spilt sole jazz shoe is very nice for practise :)
Is there a place in bangkok or hongkong where i can get these shoes from?I need them urgently as my regular shoes are on its last strings :)
Any store address in bangkok or hongkong who sells the capezio shoe will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,Derek.

A friend of mine just got a pair by Bloch and she really likes them. So you have at least two brands to search for..

hi bjp,yes i even love the blochs, its a toss up between the blochs and the capizio, the only trouble is i stay in india and i have a friend who is goin to bangkok and hongkong.the shipping charges to india cost more than double the shoes cost :) so im hopin she can carry them back for me if i can get some names of places in hongkong or bangkok :)
thank u :)

hey martin,wassup!
yeh very interesting city mumbai, very upbeat, very friendly :)
salsa is catching up very quickly here we have some good nightclubs which play salsa music regularly, although its far from what u guys must have in SA or USA or any other western country. In mumbai salsa is like for the few who enjoy music, its not yet got the masses goin :)
im doin a bit of salsa, merengue, bachata, and LA ballroom style too......
Cheers!

Unfortunately the company I'm contracting too now blocks the browsers off some sites, but try this one:
www swingapore com (nice name!) which points to:
Orchard Plaza Singapore 238841 Tel: 6738 2018 which apparently has dance sneakers...

Derek, I can just picture you doing a sensuous bachata with a veiled number to a tamboura & wailing sitar! ;-) Couldn't resist...

hehe yeh its funny :) although i dont know what a tamboura is :) sounds vulgar hehe lol
my parents are visiting Thailand right now (i'm Thai)
i could/shoudl have asked them to find some dance shoes for me. they're probably really cheap. that is... if they could even find them (my parents don't dance)
