Merry Christmas from me and my hometown Gothenburg, the Swedish westcoast!

This time I couldn't make any movie/card of my own - but I found the perfect one to get X-mas inspiration from. Watch especially the ice bar and the St parade. First shot over a street is the street where the Salsacongress i staking place this spring.

Yes, cool is the word. The ice-bar is a minireplica of the Ice hotell in Jokkasjärvi at the very north of Sweden w w w.icehotel.com/english/index2.htm . More pictures at w w w.escc.se/misc/IceHotel.html

They say the ice-bar will keep cool untill midsummer. Som kind of big pullover isolating it from the heath. The ice hotel however is rebuilt every year. Artistic works are put into a freezer.
