I've setup the page where I will be hosting the videos from Dancing With The Stars Second Season. You will also be able to vote for your favorite couple there. The vote results will be available for everyone instantly instead of going to oblivion as on ABC's site. Obviously these vote results will not affect the couples' ratings in the show, they are for our information only.

I'd say they are "fair use" videos. They are extracts of an entire program for critisism and analysis.

Yes, the videos will be just of the dance routines and judges' comments.
