Hi,

is it true that walking in your toes is better to do better the hip movement?

Another related question: is it better to have both legs flexed or one flexed and the other as straight as possible? (regarding, again, the hip movement).

Thanks in advance

Hey serg_juv! :D There are a couple good threads on Latin motion. Shaking the hips thing is one of them. They talk about which part of the foot to use, as well as leg motion. As a general rule, though, one leg is bent while the other is straight for proper Latin hip motion.
