Im a Former Student of Arthur Murray Dance Studio, I went back about 1993. Im trying to locate my former Dance Instructor, Rebecca Douberly, who used to work at Arthur Murray Dance Studio located at Alantic Blvd & Univeristy Blvd, Rusty Irena is the Owners of this Studio

You know it is common for instructors at Arthur Murray to use a "dance name". I would start by trying to find other instructors at the school who know her.
