I have them, but haven't been able to spend any decent about of time with them. I have their Open Bronze & Silver Smooth variations DVD as well and I find those absolutely excellent. I can't give the styling ones as firm a review...

Even though I have the good fortune of being able to work with them in person, I have in fact seen and used the open variations DVD's, and they're great. They're perfect variations for when we go dancing socially, since they're very clearly based in lead/follow (not just choreography). We also use the variations to practice dance principles outside of our choreography. I'm sure they would be useful for open-syllabus categories. I think there are on-line preview clips at dancenetproductions.com in the store, and also he has a couple posted on iTunes video if you search the podcasts for Ballroom.
