HI EVERYONE i am new here

Anyway i have my prom coming up on June 28th (less than 2 weeks) and this is my final high school year, but first prom. Senior Prom. Recently i have fainlly worked up the courage to ask one girl out (she is a friend and very fun to be around with but i have never hung out with her). She hasn't given me a clear answer but i am hoping its a yes. Anyway, she is spanish and loves to dance and i on the other hand can't dance - never danced - don't know how to - i suck.

I really want to make this prom a special night for both of us. So now i am trying to mainly learn how to slow and hip hop dances. (One of my friends who went to the prom last year said there were slow, rock, techno, lots of hip hop). I tried searching the internet, but it turns out google is not my friend, so i turned to Dance Forums. I have less than two weeks to learn and desperately need help. I can't spend any money on dance lessons or DVDs cuz i used them all on the prom things (suit, car, tickets ect...) and am broke. I willing to spend my remaining time learning like crazy.

I have one more question. Do you know of any sites that have instruction videos? I searched through this site but it is mostly just written and explained but it is really kind of hard to understand what to do.
