So last year wasn't really the 1st DC Congress .... hmmm ... sounds like a scam by certain promoters

And, this event was held in DC .... Bravooooooooooo

This year's the 2nd annual DC Salsa Congress and prior to that you had the Salsaweb Dancer's Convention (and then the Reunion) in 1999 and 2000.

Did you attend this event at the Hilton?

The Salsaweb events were held at the Omni Shoreham in DC. I attended the one in 2000.
