I just bought a white latin shirt, how do I clean out the make-up stains on the collar/shoulder area and prevent yellow sweat stains from forming?

I have the same issue with my white shirt for smooth; I get a lot of makeup on the collar and the cuffs. I've found it effective to hand wash those areas with makeup remover prior to washing the whole shirt. I use the Neutrogena pump thing for my own makeup; I'm not sure the cream makeup removers would work as well on the shirt.
