The problem with many of these sites is the male to female ratio -- lots of gals, way too few guys. Arrgh!

Dance partners website is more usefull then ballroomdancers.com I just tried it out and saw one person in Ithaca, NY on the dance partners website!! I also got a lot more hits for people around the area compared to only 2 in a 100 mi radius on ballroomdancers.com website. :)

dancepartner.com has balanced out a lot since the last time I checked. I just did both partner searches and the ratio of men to women is now about 2 to 3 in my area, compared to 1 to 5 the last time I checked in. Hmm.

This thread has actually inspired me. I'm going to come up with the cash, pay for a full membership, and contact a couple guys I saw on the web today. There were actually a couple interesting (dance partner only LOL) prospects out there.
