Has anyone found good quality ladies latin shoes for feet that are developing bunions?
Most ladies latin shoes, like street shoes, have a tapering toe box - which promotes the formation of bunions. Anybody find a quality shoe that has a wider top of toe box and allows the big toe to be as straight as possible?

The Nadia style shoe from International doesn't make my toes do that. My only complaint with that shoe is the funky dye they've started using. It used to match my skintone. Now it comes nowhere near...

Thanks Me, do the Nadia's accomodate a fairly wide foot?
Any other recommendations from all of you out there?
No bunion problems for me, but I have some Supadance 1029s that are nice and wide (too wide in the heel box for me unfortunately) that seem to allow my big toe to remain fairly straight.

Thanks wooh, I was hoping to stay with "strappy" latin heels, but if I have to I will switch to the more solid type of latin shoe.
Any other recommendations out there?

I have some Eckse's that work well. For me, the key is having as big a toe opening as possible, so most of my toes are free to go wherever they want :)

I also massage my feet and sort of straighten out my big toe joint after I dance. There are also contraptions you can wear to bed that gently straighten the big toes. If you want to take a look at them, try supportplus.com.
