the Magnolia was alot of fun... Everything was really casual and low-key. I totally messed-up when I tried to do the closed rythm..So, much that I didn't want to do any more closed that day. After the things went alot smoother,,,then, Eddie decided to put us in the open rythm scholorship... If you didn't know, I have not been dancing long and Eddie and I have really only been working together for a couple of months.... Long story short, we did place 4th...not to bad for a little Mississippi girl.. I really enjoyed the people and the way everyone made me feel welcomed... we had a big time in the lobby in the evenings... The way it was setup with the bar and the sitting areas really made for a great meeting place... Well, thats my view of the Magnolia.

I am very sorry but i was not in the ballroom on Saturday afternoon for the pro-am Standard.
