Are there too many Salsa sites that are trying to do the same thing, giving out information or is there no such thing as too many. What do you think?

The more the merrier! It really isn’t the amount of information presented, but how it is presented. It matters not that my website informs the public of everything there is to know about salsa if it isn’t user friendly.

Presentation in the age of competition matters more than the amount of information.

Yes, more, more, more please! :D :D The more points of view we have, the more options we have to include interpretations, creativity...... There is such a thing as information overload but it doesn't apply to Salsa.

I don't think so because you have to consider that many sites have a hidden agenda based on profit. Unlike this site, some sites only promote certain people/business/regions/associates, etc. By having a proliferation of websites, there is a greater chance that you can get around the salsa politics, etc., and get the full picture.

It might be nice to have more sites about general Latin dance or Latin music (seems like this is what Salsa sites wind up becomming), or even more sites dedicated to specific dances like Bachata or Merengue for those that want to dig deep into those dances.
