WSF Look-A-Like

Now that Puerto Rico is starting a Salsa teacher certification program ($700) and their own syllabus and sanctioning of events, what do you think of this WSF look alike www.prsalsacongress.com

Why wouldn't/shouldn't they have as much of a right to create their own certification as anyone else? :?

Different issues I think...

I, for one, have never said that anyone doesn't have a right to do so -- I just happen to think that it is antithetical, no matter who's effort, to everything I believe and love about salsa, taht's all.
