On the way home from a night of dancing I look about 60, when I wake up in the morning after 2 hours of sleep 80. By the time I get to lunch time I'm a 100. By 4 PM I'm back to 80, when I leave the Gym I'm back to 60, when I get home for dinner I'm already feeling 40, when I shower and get ready to dance I'm down to 20, on the way to the club I'm a teenager, but when I get to the door the bouncer tells me I'm 29. :D

Cool analysis. I can relate. Going out to dance makes me feel younger, too. :D

Going out dancing always makes me feel younger, then . . . the next morning, reality sets in, and my chest muscles, shoulders, and arms let me know that I'm actually my age!

But I just started pounding the weights again, so that'll go away soon enough. It's the inactivity that gets you as you "become older" - never, ever let yourself "grow" older!

I like it, but it takes me a lot longer. I get more and more excited as I dance and don't come down from my high days later. So, if dances are frequent enough I'm on an eternal high. Usually, if I dance Tuesday I feel normal by Thursday morning!!

Gotta love the fact that dancing, as much as I love it, makes me hate my body and every part of it that I either never knew or forgot existed! And this week I have training 3 days in a row...so by Sunday, I won't be able to walk!! :D

.........Ehhh, well ya know kiddies, if I could only find my glasses, I could take a gander at my non-valid drivers license and possibly make out my D.O.B. and tell ya all how old I am, but I broke the chain that hold my glasses on myself and now I cant read a darn thing, not even the paper to see if I have expired or not.....I feel about, uhhhh, I feel "saggy" so that wont help........awww, heck never mind, you youngins.....LOL
