Hey all!

I am new here and was wondering where I could look to find some Salsa or Latin dance classes.

I am in the Atlanta area.

Any help is appreciated :)

SuzukiGirl,

I actually teach group and private lessons myself. I teach at Atlanta International Dance Club near Spaghetti Junction (intersection of I-85 N and I-285) Send me a pm or email me at info@smoovesalsero.com if you're interested.

BTW, what level are you? Are you just starting, or are you already intermediate or above? It doesn't matter to me either way, I just wanted to get a feel for what you would need.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Myron

Hey, welcome to DF!

In addition to Myron, Josh (http://www.dance-forums.com/member.php?u=3905) teaches as well (haven't seen him around recently though). In fact, you'll find quite a few instructors around, so I'd suggest hunting around and picking ones that you like that are also convenient in regards to which nights and what locations.

Ditto on mayanempire--she is a baaad dancer! Other people that come to mind---Jason Stein is also a great lead and a sweetheart to boot. I believe he teaches in the Atlanta area, although I don't know if it's on a regular basis.

Thanks for the kudos, guys! I'm sure SuzukiGirl will have no trouble finding the instructor for her needs in ATL.
