Name of a whispering cha cha song

There's this cha cha song i've heard recently, but can't seem to find it anywhere. The song doesnt have too much music (mostly beats) but vocals has this lady whispering "chacha, chacha, chachacha." I know this isn't too much to go by, but if there are some chacha music buffs here I'm sure someone might know.

my pro uses that one a lot... thought it was part of some kind of cha-cha practice CD because it's paired with others that are primarily rhythmical/without melody. huh... don't know who it is...
