BRACKLEYS London Custom Tailsuit.
Great for competitor, novice, or showcase. This suit was worn for one season ( 1 year). High Quality Wool/Synthetic Blend Black on Black Pin. ( looks GREAT!)The blend is a little lighter/cooler than 100% wool, and hangs better than synthetic.
Only sleight wear on contact point( where lady touches) on right front of jacket.
I wear a size 16 neck 34 sleeve shirt. And 32-32 pants. I am 6 foot tall 165 athletic medium build. If you are close to these measurements it should fit ok.
I will be dancing at USABDA Nationals so we can do a try on there. Or if your in the NYC area.
Asking 950$ US Dollars

Are you sure about 32-32?

Actually when I was measured my waist was 33...
But when it comes to buying jeans/pants.. generally I wear a 31/32..
Depending on what brand, I can wear 30/32, 31/32, or 32/32.
I highly doubt anyone LARGER than those sizes will fit in the tails... it is very snug and form fitting.. if anyone is any more than 170, taller than 6 foot, or has a waist bigger than 32.. I don't think they'll fit.
BTW.. I generally wear a 38 or 40 jacket..
I'll buy a tape measure and measure myself and post so eveyone can compare.

hey, can you post photos of you doing that too? :p :raisebro:
(p.s. non-stretchy string or ribbon + a ruler = measuring tape when you don't have one on hand)
Weird. You're 3" taller than me and I've got a 33" inseam...
Just curious. How much does a new tailsuit cost?

it dependes, I think anywehere from 500 for something made in russia to 2400 for a top maker. depends on fabrics and the tailor
2400! Ouch. I might like to do Am Standard one day but ...

My partner Just ordered one of those ouch ones.. so we will see how ti comes out... It BETTER be worth the price.. :)
I think I'd rather get a little less expensive one and spend the savings on lessons instead of tailors.

They do last for a very long time. and when you compare to what the ladies have to pay for dresse... not as bad...
the prices would be better if the dollar was stronger thought..

Yeah, and tails rarely go out of fashion. Although apparently styles do change very slightly from time to time. But it's not like one year everyone is wearing red tailsuits and the next year blue. ;)
