I had my greatest experience in salsamusic last Saturday. Giraldo Piloto and Klimax was playing at a small club in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The consert was so great that I cannot express it in worlds. The music, the artists and the interplay between the artists and the audience made the consert awesome. (could you use the world interplay here?). Although I wasn't familiar with the songs - I was in love with Giraldos music & the orcestra after about three seconds.
The three singers where dancing all the time. I got a few new steps to use for shines since I danced in front of the scene the whole consert. It was really easy to learn - the steps where repeated in different ways.
The club is small - and I guess it helped up the atmosphere. But it also made it impossible not to meet the band afterwards.
I danced salsa with the congaplayer (I know understand what they mean when they say that cubans have a firm grip ;)). And I also had a long chat with Giraldo. He seems to be a very aimable man. I really liked him!
