Dance music in stores

I was in a local sandwich shop yesterday where they have a TV running. Suddenly I hear the Shostakovitch 2nd waltz (aka from Eyes Wide Shut) used in a current Sprint ad. Started looking around to see whether I could get away with a bit of vw :-)

Anyone else have this problem when they hear a good dance song in a store?
