Name of Waltz

I was listening to the radio today and heard a lovely pop song on a radio station that usually plays songs that came out in the last ten years but often extend up to twenty years. The singer sounded like Sheryl Crow and the tempo was borderline waltz/Viennese waltz. The only lyric I could get a handle on was "Fade into me" which was repeated often enough I thought it might be the title. My usual Google-fu and other song search methods have failed. Does anyone know what this song might be?
