Help finding a custom frock coat in washington state

This is mostly for people living in the Washington state area. But anyone may know the answer. I'm looking for a custom ballroom dancewear in Kirkland Wa. I saw him at the Colorado Star Ball this summer and he was selling a frock coat and pants. I think his company name started with an S but can't find him anywhere in the listing. I will be in Seattle next month and want to have one made. All the info was in my dance bag which was stolen last month in a breakin of my car.

I think there is a place called Star Shop or Store or something like that. I'm not really sure, but something to that effect
