How did the US Juniors do at the World Champin Latin in Riga? Who represented USA there?

I noticed that Russia had three couples: Kirill Kolpashchikov & Sofia Shutkina, Artem Kitaygora & Danata Khasanova, and Artem Vilkov & Polina Aglyamova. I thought that each country sent two couples?
