The name of that song is Joe Cocker's "Unchain my heart."

But don't know which version it is.

It seems like a live version, I guess.

Anyone knows the song?

It's available on iTunes (.99cents!) There are actually several versions by Joe Cocker and over a dozen other singers including a cha cha tempo with Marcelo Torres. Also a pretty good American rumba one by Illona Knopfler.
