"Breakaway" -Kelly Clarkson
"So She Dances" -Josh Groban...it's on the slow side, but I really love it, in case you couldn't already tell! :bouncy:

Cristian and Cheryl on Dancing With the Stars just danced to Dave Matthews' "Satellite", although I think they speeded it up a fair bit.

I'll Be by Edwin McCain. Very romantic. On the slow side, but for a wedding, I'd personally avoid going full speed, who wants to get winded on their wedding day?:)

Must...not...go there....family-friendly board....

I've always liked "I'll Be"...my friend used it as her solo dance final in college.

If you speed up Bif Naked’s “Lucky” a bit it makes for a beautiful V Waltz.

not exactly "modern", but: Time in a Bottle
(or, if you aren't afraid to be different: Never Tear Us Apart by INXS) 8)

I have heard that the Theme from Cold Case is suppose to be good for a VW.

Well if I was getting married again I would want Anne Mattila's "Maijan ja Jannen häävalssi" from the CD "Unihiekkaa" (2004). It means "Mary and John's Wedding Waltz", and the Finnish words mean something like "I love, love, love you: do you, do you, do you believe me?" but the tune is the most mournful waltz I have ever heard. But perhaps I have been to Finland too many times. Ariman (www.ariman.fi) have a copy - I've just looked.

"Cinderella," by Steven Curtis Chapman. It is so sweet, and perfect for a father, daughter dance. I want to dance to it at my wedding, God willing, but I am way to young to even think about marriage! :D
You can find it on YouTube.

It's not modern, but Wintertime Love by The Doors is a favorite of mine.

Hey, I just did a Viennese waltz to Time in a Bottle, although not for a wedding. I posted the video to the Videos forum:

I love the lifehouse song. I also have on my Viennese Waltz playlist If Only by Fiction Plane, Do right woman, do right man by Aretha Franklin. I would suggest practicing in your dress because Viennese moves and some wedding gowns weigh a ton.
