This is a bit of a serious topic. (That what you get when the clocks change   )

Do you believe in or have you ever experienced "subconcious memories"? Not sure if that is the technical term for it. The best way of describing it is - something good or bad/stressfull happened one year and the same date, in subsequent years, you find that your mood is fairly extreme, as if you are subconciously remembering THAT event. You then find yourself thinking - why am I in such a good mood/bad or upset mood, when everything else around you seems to be opposite to what you are feeling. Then, only when you REALLY notice/look at the date, you realise that this time last year or two years ago, x happened.

What did you then do or didn't do?

Sure. Three years ago February 19, my only brother was mugged and had a serious brain injury. He almost died, and is still in a nursing home.

At any rate, this past February 19, I could barely pick my head up off the pillow, that's how depressed I felt , and I didn't figure it out until I looked at the calendar. I wasn't consciously thinking about it, but my subconscious knew. Oddly enough, even though I still felt sobered, once I realized why I was feeling bad, I didn't feel so bad.
