Long Time Between Dances

Since I live in a locality where there is no dancing I have to travel in order to do so. Since relocating here just over three years ago I've made it a point to go dancing once a month or so. Now I'm considering cutting back since this travel aspect is both tiring and expensive. I've never gone more then six or seven weeks without dancing so what I am curious about is for those of you who have gone long periods without dancing how your dancing affected by this.

when i stop competing, i had a hard time. :( I can than to my friend because they were very supportive. We went out and started to travel a lot.

Now I have one day break of being a dance teacher, and i still dance at home. :)

Can't really say as I've never gone longer than two weeks (over Christmas) but I feel for you. Guess I better make sure my eventual new home has some studios around.
