Here's a cool site with step by step descriptions of quite a few basic salsa patterns and combinations. No video, unfortunately, but good, complete descriptions.

This particular site makes this very clear Sagitta, check out the actual step descriptions...leaders timing/movement is on the left, the followers on the right, and the actual combination described in the center.

Nice resource, especially for newer dancers. Good "find" Jenn. :D
