Cloris & Corky dodged a proverbial bullet once again last week, and the pair sent home wasn't even in the bottom two scorers. Lacey got a firm scolding from the judges last week for "not showcasing" her partner's talents; will she utilize his skills in the jive this week? Cody & Julianne took a leap up in the score chart with their jitterbug - can the momentum carry over into the samba? Will Susan's fractured foot hinder her in the mambo? Can Corky concoct a cha-cha that won't portray Cloris as a nincompoop? Will Maurice & Cheryl's only venture into standard/smooth since week 1 be their undoing? Who will come out victorious between Brooke & Derek and Warren & Kym in "Battle: Rumba"? Will the judging panel fall apart in Len's absence under the dubious presence of (non-ballroomer) Michael Flatley? WHO KNOWS!!!

IMO, if last week was any indicator, Cloris & Corky do have a fan base, and they are out in full force - so I'm past thinking "Obviously they are going home this week, they're so terrible!". I'm afraid we may have the second coming of Marie Osmond on our hands, and she could make it all the way to the final 3 :( Is it fair? No. Is there anything that can be done to stop it? Doubt it. I think Susan's number could be up this week, unless she miraculously gains a ton of mobility and confidence.

I'm sick to death of Susan Lucci. I'm sick to death of Chloris Leachman. Hopefully, one or the other will leave this coming week. I'm thinking Susan, because Chloris seems to have some sort of twisted fan base. Go figure!

Oh....and the judges were waayyy too hard on Lacey last week. Sheesh!

Agree! Lacey knows WCS like the back of her hand, and she is correct that the lady is showcased. Actually I though she gave Lance some nice flashy steps; unfortunately, on the big one (the slide) he stumbled. If he had pulled it off, the reaction might have been different. Besides, all the other female pros dance circles around their partners too (in every style of dance), so why should Lacey get criticized for that?

I beleive they are more strict when pro's dance circles around people that could dance or are talented... but not at all when the star is not very talented/physically active, giving them a break since there was not much more the pro could do to make it look ok... but Lance could have done a lot more than what he did.... I will never have given him same score as Chloris though
