Visit Tokyo and Taipei--Any Hustle and Ballroom place?

Dear all-I am new here. I hope someone can help me on this. I am visiting Tokyo and Taipei in mid December. I tried to look for ballroom and hustle dancing places, but seemed to unable to find it... If anybody has the info, I would appreciate if you could share with me. Thank you. Cheers, Ling
