Does anyone have suggestions? I think I practice this dance less because there is so little variety in the music...so far I just have two different versions of espana cani. All the other dances can be danced to millions of songs it seems so it is never repetitive. (maybe paso is the same way and I have not figured it out)...do you have any songs that you like to practice this dance to?
Thanks everyone

Doesn't work for a competition paso (unless there's a verion out there that's been radically tweaked.) Paso has a really unique (and musically weird) count to it, which is how everyone always hits the "high points" at the same time.
And sadly there just aren't a lot of really tolerable pieces of paso music out there (tolerable defined as "can listen to it over and over without snapping like a twig.")

I strongly recommend Gold Star Ballroom's paso doble CD. A great collection of strict tempo pasos, many of which I hear at comps, that fit the standard paso arrangements. Though they do get somewhat repetitive after awhile.
