Any hoopers here? Am enamored with this... Those in SF are so lucky, as that is where Hoopgirl is based with well-organized teaching methods.

nah...everyone's out dancing. ;)

i find it interesting that i'm drawn to both gyrotonics & hooping at the same time. i think the rotation, spinning, gyrating movement is awesome...really wakes up the spine, refines coordination...good things for a dancer.

Ah yeah, forgot it was friday since I decided not to go to party tonight. Was NOT feeling social. Plus I barely managed to stay at work until five, much less sticking around downtown another 3 hours for party at studio. :)

Made two hoops today and started hooping for the first time. Am in love... Great for a performance-shy person like myself. Something powerful about that little circle.

Actually, not so little. The 2nd hoop I made is nearly chest-level!
