What if anything, be it at work or at home that you would automate or have a robot do, if you could?

I'd rather have my gums scraped. I'd rather have my fingernails pulled out (without anesthetic!) I'd rather ....

Uh. No. I don't like folding laundry.

Ironing! Hoovering! Scrubbing! Dusting!
(I don't mind washing dishes by hand though -- why didn't they invent a fully-automated iron instead of a dishwasher??)

Grocery shopping! Absolutely hate it! :( Everyone in your way, people fighting over tomatoes, little ones throwing temper tantrums because they need a nap. People running over you with shopping carts. Deli shoving samples in your face that have been cooking all day. Nope, don't like it. :|

Go grocery shopping when there is no-one around. You go out dancing at 10:30, so swing by the store before then, or if still too crowded then one of those 24 hour joints after you are done. That's what I do and so I don't hate grocery shopping anymore.

How about home delivery? You order over the internet and the store delivers? It started in the UK/London about 5-6 years ago and seems to have really caught on. :D Never tried it myself. I prefer the "hands on approach" too much

Or the big discount warehouse grocery places allow you to fax in your order and just walk in to pickup. None of that pesky shopping to do.

cat litter box :(

Yes, I know they have automatic cat litter box scooper things but I'm too cheap to buy one.

Weeellllll, some of us like to touch, squeeze and poke the fruit, and then not select any

Actually, grocery shopping is the only kind of shopping I LOVE. PLEASE don't ask me to spend the afternoon in a department store. My worst nightmare.

Id have to agree with pygmalion!

I despise folding the laundry....and with a 3 & 4 year old its at least 2 loads per day. Most days I put it on my bed and close my bedroom door so I can forget it has to be done, then when it comes time for bed my SO is home and I get him to help me fold so we have somewhere to sleep

Or maybe an automatic gnocchi maker! I hate the time and effort it takes to make them, peeling potatos, waiting around for the silly things to boil, mashing, mixing, rolling, cutting...not to mention the mess  Flour everywhere, potato skins up to your eyeballs, the gunk on your hands that take 15 minutes to scrub off, same gunk on the mixing bowl....
(Can you guess what Ive spent the morning making?)
