Um, okay. Advice needed for the walking wounded!

I have a few little scars on my feet from past dance floor accidents *shakes fist at women who wear stilettos* ... Recently I started wearing my dance shoes without hose and my little toes are suffering the consequences. I'm wearing bandaids on them almost all the time now! Tonight will be my third night out dancing in a row. How long will my feet take this? =)

Share your tips for keeping your tootsies happy, please. I do have moleskin and have been using that but I can't stick it on tender skin :-(

Soak your feet, sweetie. Epsom salt feels good (no idea if it's therapeutic for feet or not. I just had some in the house. LOL) A Nice warm milk bath works, too. Also, sleep with your feet elevated on a couple pillows. That will help reduce swelling, if you have any. But bottom line, IMHO, is your feet need some R&R time. How about after the weekend? If you take off Monday and Tuesday, I bet you'll feel all better by Wednesday. Your feet aren't going to heal unless you get some rest. At least, I doubt it. And we all know how important it is to get a regular salsa fix. Gotta keep those feet healthy. :D

Oh, good idea. Epsom salts are on my list now. I need to do this ASAP.

Scars add character, right? :-)

Thanks Jenn!

Does anybody have foot soaks or rubs that they use? I'm pretty sure there are some foot-specific products out there. 8)
