First of all, if you haven't had the opportunity to see this Poppin and Lockin Demonstration (http://www.dance-forums.com/viewtopic.php?topic=44) from the previous Dance Forums post, have a look.
I wanted to let you know they have another one coming available at Kollaboration.org (http://www.kollaboration.org). It seems they are are not serving the file right now, but here are a couple of mirrors:

Note: It is polite to right click and "save target as..." rather than playing repeatedly.
