My club is planning their competition for this year and it seems we are hitting a dead end with finding judges (they are either busy or are too far away). If you have names/websites/emails of judges in the PA,NY,MD,NJ area, please send me a private message. Thanks!

Have you dug around on the NDCA web site? You can contact judges that way, and many of them have their physical locations listed in their directory entries so you can see where people are actually located. Go to ndca.org and click on "Directories".

Much depends on what level of judging you need - are you after competition level or more of a social event? If the former the suggestions above seem good but if its the latter you could probably get just about any of the local pros to judge for you. It also depends on your budget...

I would also note...that a personal visit to a studio often has more impact when requesting a favor than an email
