Just wondering if anyone from here going to the Mexican Riviera Salsa Cruise next January. It's put together by Dancefun.com so if anyone want to check it out go to their website and click under Salsa Cruise. Let me know if you are going because I will be there.

Not me :( Got other possibilities at least.
But have fun! I've been Puerto Vallarta, and I had a great time!
It's good that it looks like there's a large group going (hey youngsta - Barbie from LatinDanceFX is going). When I've gone on other trips, by the end of the week, it started to feel a little too cramped. (Right, Patrick?)
Another nice thing is that you'll make friends with folks from all over the place, and quite possibly could get the option of crashing at their place if you wanna check out their scenes.
Oh, and I've heard good things about DanceFun's Laughlin event from last year, so it sounds like they're good at hosting/promoting. Too bad the tent in Laughlin got sold. I would've definitely gone to that, had they done it this year. Oh well!
So where do you go dancing in Spokane?

Just looked at the stops they'll be making. You'll LOVE Ixtapa- not touristy at ALL(it's where the Mexicans have their resort condos!). Bring your snorkeling gear. Cabo is a blast, too! Very touristy, but lots of fun!!!
I'm sure you'll have a great time! :D

I *WISH*!!!!!! Not only would I be too young to have my parents let me go, I have total lack of funding, and I'd been in school!  (Oh, and there's the fact that I'm *still* lacking in Salsa knowledge... =^_^=;;;)
It would have been really cool to meet up with you and any other DFites going on the cruise though! So, have lots of fun for me (us here on DF), kay, Salsa Geek?

No, I don't!
Remember, I was away from DF for a few weeks and I'm way behind on everything. I suspect this has something to do with visiting the land down under...or is this something else? A romantic tryst to Romania? Or perhaps Istanbul? :D
**My own plan however, well that just involves me meeting a nice Salsera and inviting her over my house to umm *AHEM* listen to some Salsa music and have a cup of tea. Heh. ;) 8) :D

  Aww, but why not? You could teach all of the big, burly jail men how to be smooth and graceful! We could organize, "Prison Dance Day Worshop, sponsored in part by Dance-Forums and the DFites!" *rotflmao* Heh heh! But then again, I could be beyond crazy... *taps her fingers together* Eeeexcellent....

This reminds me, I need to finish our DF story about SD's adventures with the Mistress Salsachinita and his fairy Godfather...because I think the ending sounds very much like *the plan* that we keep hearing about. :D
But until then, I have another *plan*!
We could get Salsachinita, Madam Samba and the rest of the DF Aussie crowd to come to the US...say like SF so the rest of you could travel far, and I'd only have to drive an hour or so!
Whattya say? Don't give me that look now, this is the best idea since sliced bread! :D :P

I think I'm gonna have to rethink my vacation plans to include both Romania and Australia!

I'm sure many of you wild and wonderful Salseros will give me that advice; but starting without the knowledge of even a basic would make me feel like I had over 100 left feet!  But I'm sure with all of these great people on DF, when I hit their dance scenes someday and have picked up the knowledge, we'll see just how well I can follow their wild Salsas!! Ahh, how happy Dancing makes me!
