Hi,

I need some unstoned ballroom dresses for smaller level competition.

For now I want it to me unstoned but hopefully can be upgraded/stoned later on.

Do you think these dresses are nice ?

My personal favourite is the first 4 dresses.

I think they are nice and reasonably priced (cheap actually).

[moderated by latingal - since this link goes to a general selection page I've left it as a live link you don't need to "Please del the space between the w and ww."]

My opinions regarding these are:

Dress no 1:

The neckline seems too high but I like the back. Will look nice in black once stoned though. Not sure how it will look from the front.

Dress no 2:

This seems to require big bust which I do not posses but otherwise will probably look nice in red colour.

Dress no 3:

I am not sure that it will look nice stoned .... I am really unsure about this one but like the little float at the back.

Dress no 4:

Liking this in red but unsure whether the scrunching of the fabric will make me look fat.

What do you guys think about these dresses ?

Should I get some of these or should I just forget about them and go to 'proper' dressmaker ?

dancingirldancing, since your link goes to a general selection page, I assume you want members to go to the Cindini section for evening gowns?

Yes. Cindini --> Evening Gown.

Sorry I think I may have messed up the link.

Just a thought....since these are "evening gowns" you'll want to make sure that the skirts are full enough to dance in and will not restrict your movement.

Just took a peek, and they all look quite dance-able.

Regarding #4, ruching can often help hide small weight issues (particularly in front with this gown). Smooth tight stretchy fabric tells NO lies
