Any tips/advice? I REALLY can't imagine not dancing this weekend but I'm wondering if even after icing, ibuprofen, a little foot wrap, and a few drinks, I'll be damaging my foot even more by dancing.

I think it is best if you lay off until you see a doctor who can tell you what is wrong with your foot. don't risk years of salsa gratification because getting that fix this weekend seems more fulfilling.

You should seek professional help as soon as you can.
