I'm hearing it here and there in not-too-traditional milongas, during tandas for nuevo dancers, it's not electro, more alternative, it says "coba coba" or "goomba goomba".

Is it in a milonga rhythm, a male singing, more kind of world music, no nuevo at all?

No bandoneon, it's not tango at all, it is used because it has a steady and loud beat, there is a male voice but he's more talking than singing.

First I thought of something well-behaved and polite like Caceres´ Toca (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D219VfSvtJg) or something of Kevin Johansen (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_pOFoBvuqus).
But, these two (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z5HWLhKXDYU) remix (ttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h9ei_1kGq-M) versions of Goomba Boomba are really very cool stuff! Here is a more traditional (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jncc5d18Kps) cover.
I just want to add some links for alternative tanda music ideas
