Aerial? Be very well balanced on your opposite foot. :)

Can you go into a bit more detail, hjr28? I'd love to help but I'm having difficult envisioning what you need help with. :)

Fuller description: A back wing in standard ballroom with a aerial ronde otherwise known as a leg hook.

I can do the back wing with ronde on the floor but can't do the leg hook version very well and I know that the shaping, etc, is different. Am wondering if anyone else has learnt this step and has any tips that helped them...
