Hi. My finacée and I are getting married in February 2010 and would like for our first dance to be to L.O.V.E. by Nat King Cole. We would also like to plan a routine, but are not experienced dancers and don't have loads of cash to spare on lessons. Can anyone please recommend a style of dance (e.g. Jive, Waltz, etc.) that would fit the music to get us started and allow us to continue our own research? Or is there even a you tube clip or similar that will show this? Thanks.

Foxtrot or night club slow. This is actually one of my favorite songs to foxtrot too
I would say a single step swing or maybe a foxtrot.

Thanks for the quick replies! That's also quite handy as my few lessons so far have been in salsa, cha cha cha and social foxtrot. Is foxtrot the same as social foxtrot? I look forward to investigating more!

Yes, social foxtrot is one you want.
