The 3 major ones in the U.K. .. IDTA.. ISTD and the UKA. These are pretty much world wide.

There are also Soc. in Scotland and Wales .

The U.S. has several, and many are regional more than national, altho the NADTA did reach a very wide area.

A complete list of all would fill a page .

So Victor Veyrasset & Heather Smith's dance DVD

which all has the title

International Style Standard DVIDA syllabus

When they say international style standard DVIDA syllabus, which dance certifications are they closest too ?

The DVIDA int'l syllabus essentially combines the ISTD and IDTA, so it has figures from both (for example, the gold waltz includes the running spin turn, an IDTA figure). These two syllabi (ISTD and IDTA) are about 95% the same anyway, so it's not really anything different.

The DVIDA Standard certification, I'd guess. falling in the category of "The US has several"
