Has anyone purchased the Ladies Technique, Following and Styling dvd with Heather Smith or the Latin Technique and Muscular Exercises dvd with Shirley Ballas? If so, are they worth the money? I am thinking about purchasing them. Thanks!

hmmm Heather Smith is one of my coaches and she shares alot of technique information. I'm not sure about the DVDs. If you can see a "clip" of the DVD that is offered maybe you can get a sense of it pre-purchase.
