Going to Vegas....Any ballroom out there?

Hi All,

Looking actually for a studio for social dance time while out there next week. Any ideas? I've seen a couple of places listed but they are way off the strip and I don't have a car.

hmmm, if your limited to the lights and sounds of Vegas and don't have a car, you might actually try a trolly ride to the Gold Coast Hotel (across from the Palms). They have ballroom dancing social on Sundays in the afternoon. It's not a studio, but when I've been there it is pretty well attended - as is the night-time retro dancing.

I just attended the Dance Mastery camp at the Goldcoast and due to a car break down was forced to stay an extra few days in Vegas. The Sunday event at the Goldcoast is very nice. Good mix of music and plenty of people to dance with.
