Salsa in Houston, Texas

Is there anyone here living in Houston? What can you recommend me in terms of Salsa there?

I have a good friend who is visiting for a month and a half starting with next week. And most definitely he would loooooooooooove to go to Salsa.

There's a big social in Houston the first saturday of every month, called Salsa Dura Saturday, at the Melody Club. It's the biggest monthly social in Texas, with 200+ people. The people there know which clubs are best on which nights.
