Worldtone has *some* off the rack latin pants for guys and maybe some shirts...but they mostly sell shoes...but its the only place I can think of that has specifically ballroom clothes
Worldtone
230 7th Avenue
New York, NY 10011
Otherwise you could try Capezio, they do carry a lot of ballet stuff but they also have some stuff that could work for other styles.
Can't think of anything else, there are a lot of private tailors in NYC so I think that's where most guys get Latin pants, etc.

You have someone custom make it for you, which is not practical if you are just visiting. Really the US is not a good country in which to buy ballroom clothes or shoes. You will probably do better asking your coaches for recommendations at home.

Really depends on what kind of clothes you are looking for...and to some extent what kind of style you dance~the appropriate practice wear depends frequently on style and studio. :)
A lot of stuff doesn't need to be made especially for dancing. For things like latin pants for practice though (as mentioned) they are usually custom made at a local tailor, otherwise bought at a high mark up price at Worldtone or ordered from a variety of websites
I think ttlead dot com has some off the rack dance clothing for men.
