I still consider myself very much a beginner and have LOTS to learn, but from the little I know, my favourite move is the one where you're in crusado and you're flicked around 180 degrees to wind up in crusado on your opposite leg (can't think of the name, dammit). When you get it and land perfectly on balance, it's very rewarding.
