Like anything else in life, if you want to be good at something, it takes practice. The first thing you need to do is find a class in hip hop. Once you find a good class, keep going every week. If you REALLY like it, you'll stick with it, and you will be an incredible dancer one day.

Welcome to the forums, Colombiandude524! :D

Sorry I missed this before, Columbiandude524. I'm a few days late. :( Here's the deal. As DM suggested, you won't get to be a good dancer by Sunday. But you can hold your own on the dance floor. Freestyling to R&B is no different than freestyling to disco or anything else. The music tempos might be a little different.

Take a look at the club dancing index at the top of general dance discussion forum. There are a couple threads there that talk about some basic freestyle steps. If you go through those and practice dancing around the house just a little, you'll be able to hold your own tomorrow. Oh yeah, and imitation is a great way to start. Find a moderately good dancer (not great, or you'll probably be intimidated) and just mirror everything she does. If you don't think too hard, that comes naturally for almost everyone.

Good luck.
